This is an outside-mount, double-sash window that quietly slides from either side. Both of the sashes can be easily removed for use of the entire opening. The T-2 has two spring-loaded latches on each sash to lock the window into place when closed. This glass is clear.Installation instructions : 1. Add 1/8" to height and length for a proper fit. Ex: A 17" x 11 1/2" window would require a rough opening of 17 1/8" x 11 5/8" 2. Cut the proper sized hole for the window purchased. 3. Install a weatherproof caulk around the inside flange and place in opening. 4. Secure the window with screws or nuts and bolts in the holes provided. Caulk and screws are not provided.
